TOUGH MANAGEMENT SKILLS

I interviewed Mrs. AARTI MARWAHA owner of DAULAT RAM RAMESH KUMAR & CO.She took me through how they started the business with few crores and turned it into hundred crores business.Main feature she told me about her business that their business is too much crisis proof business as they deal in RICE .which they send to ARAB countries and even so many FIVE STARS HOTELS with in INDIA.Their Starting range of RICE starts from 135 rs./kg. According to Mrs. Marwaha main reason for growing at fastest rate is that they never compromise with quality of product which is their main competitive strategy and best for customer attraction.But most effective management feature is that it is very difficult to run a large scale business in small city like AMRITSAR where we dont have high technological facilities and resources are not easy available,but the main thing is that how do still managing under this conditions.when i asked her about her role model in corporate world,She told me that her husband is hero for her.but it is not that easy for a woman to manage such a large business here in INDIA.


When I asked about her success secret she told me that it is not just because of fate and luck but it is the result of real hard work and devotion towards her work.
